Its both pretty and terribleLet’s see how my crochet journey started - it was with cozy items I wanted to gift to my friends and family while I was getting incredibly stressed out over thesis work, presenting at conferences and even preparing for my wedding.
One of my first ever items, a simplecozy. I had just learned the double and treble stitch and I wanted to make something for chilly days. I still use it today! its pretty comfy

Next I tried following my first pattern, a slouchy beany. It did not turn out very well - it got so big!!!

I made my second scarf as well, I made my stitches too tight. I went through so much yarn it was insane. (the first one was really wiggly)
the pile of Christmas gifts I was making for the first time. Everyone still uses them.
My first hood, I gifted it to my Hungarian Grandmother, she loved it. she's an angel
made my first more fashionable cowl for a friend, she loved it :)
Tried freehanding boot cuffs - it was not so good. I gave up haha
